HNS SPCea Basic-Level SPC Program
HNS SPCea program has been developed for the users who
- are obligated by the customer to operate SPC system
(e.g. automotive suppliers with ISO/TS 16949 certification),
- want to take advantage of the SPC system on the fields of
the quality assurance, cost reduction and increasing of
efficiency, and need
- because of the the kind or the volume of the production, the
simple manufacturing system structure, the low available budget
and the straitened quality capacity assurance

- operable without well-qualified, expensive quality
specialists,
- easy to use statistical tool.
Main general features of the program:
- password-protected functions for the operators and engineers
specially,
- easy to use database, based on the measured parameter
registration,
- step-by-step data input procedure is supported visually,
- direct data input from Mitutoyo Digimatic gauges or data
input by keyboard,
- managing of sample identifiers - operator, shift, machine
and LOT ID -, filter options,
- analysis for optional time ranges - histogram, value chart,
control chart,
- automatic Out of Control detection,
- process capability index calculation for stable and
non-stable processes,
- quick overview of the process states,
- Pareto analysis by the occurrence of the
out-of-specification values,
- data export and import possibilty,
- operable without database server, but also using of
Microsoft SQL, Oracle and MySQL databases is supported.
Direct data input:
Program supports direct data input from Mitutoyo Digimatic gauges.
Program package contains the HNS USBMUX
interface (with four channels) needed for direct data input*.
Putting in practice:
After the installation, the program is able to be put in practice
immediately - use the tutorial, which show the steps need for using
of the program.
Install package contains:
- user’s manual, which presents the program functions and the
usage of the program,
- tutorial to learn and use the program,
- SQL scripts to install the database,
- HNS USBMUX interface to use for direct data input from
Mitutoyo Digimatic gauges, and other gauges with Digimatic
interface*.
*: the multiplexer is the part of the program package and also
makes as hardware key for using the program excepting the free
version.
After your demand, we take the configuring the required
workplaces, including the specification, delivery and installation
of the measuring gauges and accessories according to the measuring
task.

recorded in the free version: maximum 4 products, maximum 8
