HNS SPC
Main features:
- database structure based on process registration,
- variables and attributes are managed in one system,

report-making, results can be documented in Hungarian and in

- possibilities for creating quality certificates, also with
the summarized capability- and failure data of the several

for the operator, who makes the data collecting; it is possible
to run the measuring programs made previously,
- data input by keyboard or by connected electronic measuring

- individually (xBase) and network (xBase, SQL) operation,

Data input possibilities:
- entering the data of variables and attributes by keyboard,
- input of summarized attributed data - entering the data of
the sample inspected previously - in one step, or entering the
occurrent failures by pieces separate for the several pieces of
the sample,
- measuring with connected electronic gauges directly,
- possibilities for ASCII file export and import with various
content and formats of data,
- automatic receiving the data from external data source (e.g. CMM's
measuring results).

- machine capability study, preliminary and on-going process
capability studies, the results are documented in report,

Pareto diagram, and it is possible to make Pareto analysis about
summarized data of a given product or machine,
- all the Pareto analysis can be made by failure occurrence
and cost, too.
Calculations and evaluations of the program are in accordance
with the content of the QS-9000 Statistical Process Control (SPC) Reference Manual document.
Calculations of the program are checked using the Verification of SPC Software - Test Examples
published by Ford.
Reports:
- report about the machine and process capability studies,
- certificate for product or parameter,
- summarized reports about the capability of more processes,
- it is possible to display process capability
indices or ppm and Z indices by Six Sigma method in the reports,
- summarized report about the occurrent Out of Control
cases,
- summarized report about the occurrent failures,
- all the reports displayed on the screen can be printed in
Hungarian and in English, too,
- reports can be exported in text file or can be saved in
Excel table directly,
- reports can be made quickly by templates defined previously.
Monitoring services:
- automatic Out of Control monitoring and alert,
- sampling control.
Database:
- data are stored and can be searched systematically,
- database structure by the manufacturing system,
- user-defined product identifiers,
- managing of machines with multiple heads and positions,
- variables and attributes are managed in one system,
- sample identifiers,
- sampling date and time, operator, shift and
team identifier,
- general mask identifier to sort the data optionally (e.g.
LOT ID, order ID, …),
- tool identifier in case of changeable tool,
- names are registered in two languages - all the names in the
database can be entered in two languages -,
- several database registrations can be displayed and
maintained in table-form, too.
Measuring program:
- prescribing the activities to be performed on the measuring
workplace,
- it can be prescribed personalized, can be taught-in easy,
ensures quick and safe data collection,
- the order of the measurements and checking can be defined -
by product or by parameter,
- measurements made by measuring devices is supported,
- prescriptions for variables and attributes can be occured in
one measuring program together,
- samples with different sample sizes can be managed,
- operator is supported among others with displaying a picture
supporting the measurement or a warning massage in case of
entering an out-of-specification value,
- it is possible to display the control chart automatically,
- repetition and re-measuring possibilities on more levels,
- possibilities to monitor the operator,
- one sample can be recorded onto more processes in the
database,
- measured values can be converted by in-built functions,
mathematical operations can be made with the measured values,
- it can be specified for the operator on engineer access
level.
