Our team develops measuring, data-processing and evaluating programs used on the field of the quality assurance primarily.

Leading product of our software developer team is the HNS SPC program, which won the Hungarian Quality Product Award in 2006.

We provide the full range of installation and operation support to our software. SPC systems can be operated only with suitable measurement systems together, that is why we design and deliver measurement systems used on the field of the production. We try to provide a wide range of services for our partners on the field of the quality assurance.

Our team collaborates with the other fields of our company, dealing with design of special measuring gauges, devices and equipment, special machining equipment, assembly- and test systems.

>> SPC?

Statistical process control (SPC) based on mathematical-statistical methods is an important part of the company's quality assurance systems. Using of modern measuring gauges and statistical methods together, make it possible to learn more about the manufacturing processes and provide the proper handling of them, so it results lower production failure costs and higher efficiency.

Statistical process control - SPC - is the necessary tool of the quality management systems in these days. SPC cannot be used without modern measuring gauges, computer support and proper informatics background more and more.

Do you need to use SPC?

If you make standardized production and have certified quality management system, or you are going to take certification, especially the ISO/TS 16949 conformance, you should operate statistical process control system and have suitable measurement systems.

If you need a SPC program, which is suitable for building of a full-range, company-level SPC system, we advise you to use our HNS SPC program.

However, if you need a low-priced SPC program with the basic functions, which can be used with basic knowledge and without special informatics support, we advise you to use our HNS SPCea program.

Building of a company's SPC system is a process including a wide range of activities; we provide technical support according to your demand on the following fields to it:

• assessing your production processes, defining the range of the processes to be controlled,
• integrating your existing measuring gauges and equipment, receiving the measuring results from your measuring gauges directly,
• developing new measuring systems, delivery of simple measuring gauges or designing and making special measuring equipment,
• designing and making the measuring workplaces, including the delivery of the necessary measuring and checking gauges, and multiplexers, in case of demand,
• SPC theoretical traingings, trainings for using and operating the system,
• support during the installation,
• system-opertation, that you only need to use the system, and you do not need to attend to the control, maintenance, improvement, trouble-shooting, looking for proper measuring gauges and suppliers of them, configuring the measuring workstations and taking them into the SPC system, and improvement your existing SPC system,
• repetitive trainings and consultations, continuous support,
• continuous improvement of the SPC system and the applied tools, including the continuous improvement of the HNS SPC program, considering your demands, too.
