Our company, the HNS
Technical Development Co. Ltd. was founded in 1989, and locates
in the Industrial Park of Győr. Our fields of activity contain the
development and production of different measuring and test
equipment, and assembly systems, as well as development of control,
measuring, data collecting and processing software.
Our fields of activity
From the beginning of the Nineties, the projects on the field of
the quality assurance were more and more dominant also in Hungary.
We started the development of our successful software products in
this time - like our measuring, data collecting and statistical
process control software, the HNS SPC. In 1993 we realized our first
measuring station project, which has become the base for our later
measuring and test equipment development. Following the continuous
changes of the market's demands, the present range of activities
evolved for 1997.
Software developer team of our company makes general and special
software for quality assurance.
Our general software are HNS SPC and
HNS SPCea for statistical process control, HNS SMUXSRV
for managing and collecting data of measuring gauges, and HNS
Geometry-2D for two-dimension measurements.
Beside our general software, we develop customized software and
hardware to satisfy the demands of our partners in connection with
special measurements and data collecting on the field of the quality
assurance.
HNS SPC
We have been developed the HNS SPC program
since 1989 continually, using our company's theoretical knowledge
and the practical experiences of our users.
During development of the software, our main respect was to allow of
the uncomplicated practical usage of the difficult
mathematical-statistical methods, and this is the one of our most
important purposes currently. Presently, the program is suit for
building up a complex measuring, data collecting and evaluating
process control system.
Many small, middle and big companies and more multinational
companies use HNS SPC. These users of us use HNS SPC on different
fields, more hundreds of workplaces in Hungary and abroad. More
secondary and higher educational institutes are registered among our
users, so the future specialists can learn HNS SPC directly.
As the result of the long-time development, HNS SPC won the
Hungarian Quality Product Award in 2006.
HNS SPCea
HNS SPCea program is
our new product, developed in 2009.
We developed this software in order to offer for our partners an
easy-to-use SPC program at a low price which contains the basic
functions needed in a statistical process control system. We
recommend this software for the companies primarily, who have to
apply SPC, but do not plan building up of a full-range,
company-level SPC system. HNS SPCea program is an ideal tool for
making simple SPC workstations and smaller SPC systems.
HNS SMUXSRV
HNS SMUXSRV program
is suit for recording in file or forwarding to entry field of
an optional program the data measured by gauges with Mitutoyo Digimatic
data-output.
The measuring gauges with Digimatic data-output can be connected to
the computer with HNS SMUX-2,
SMUX-4, SMUX-10, USBMUX-8 or USBMUX-8 multiplexer. The multiplexers
have 2, 4, 8 or 10
channels, accordingly they are able to connect 2, 4, 8 or 10 gauges
together.
The data read-out of the gauges can be recorded in a given text
file, or can be forwarded into the actual selected Windows entry
field (Notepad, Word, AutoCAD, etc.) or into given cells of a given
Excel table directly.
HNS Geometry-2D
With HNS Geometry-2D
program, two dimension, touch-free measurements made by profile
projector and measuring microscope can be automated.
It is possible to pre-define the course of the measurement and the
evaluation's algorithm of the measuring points in the program - the
measurements to be performed can be specified on engineer level.
With the program, very complex measurements and evaluations
specified by engineers can be performed by operator-level staffs
(semiskilled workers).
Program manages the X and Y direction gauges of the projector or
measuring microscope, measured values are forwarded to the computer
with pressing a button directly, so the failures caused by incorrect
data input in the course of entry many measured values by keyboard
can be avoided.
After measuring the X-Y coordinates of the touching points
(searching the contours with the crosshair) managed by the program,
program calculates the measured results of the given part on the
basis of the pre-defined evaluation's algorithm automatically and
prints, saves into a file or forwards into the HNS SPC system the
measured results.

Our software developer team makes the measuring, control and data
collecting software of the special
measuring
equipment developed and produced by our company.
Other special programs
Our company develops customized hardware and software for
answering the special
demands of our partners. We develop special tools and software, for
example the portable data loggers for collecting the production
data, or the microcontroller-based production monitoring.
