Special measuring programs
Some of the special measuring equipment designed by our company
are presented hereinafter. These equipment make for automatic or
semi-automatic measuring and qualifying of products, made in series, on the production site
directly .

General features of our measuring programs
- managing the different type of measuring elements - digital
dial indicator, inductive measuring probes, optical measuring
elements -,
- control of the measuring process,
- logging the results of the calibrations and the
measurements, and the different events,
- managing the different access rights - in-built password
protection,
- collecting the data of the parts - number of measured parts,
number of rejected parts -, making statistics,
- managing the different type of parts - type identification,
registration the specification data of them,
- managing the changing of the different types of parts (and
the required readjusting),
- forwarding the measured values and the sample data (e.g.
part type, part identifier, measuring time) into the HNS SPC
database automatically,
- forwarding the measured results to the manufacturing system
in order to making corrections,
- collaboration with the conveyor system,
- managing of the safety functions (e.g. closing / opening the
door, starting the movements),
- easy, user-friendly user interface, user is supported with
pictures,

Some of our measuring equipment and important data of
them
Measuring equipment for turbine housing
- measuring with 14 inductive measuring probes,
- 20 pieces of measured parameters,
- cycle time is ca. 16 seconds - with the manual
part-insertion,
- forwarding the measured values into the HNS SPC database,
statistical analysis in the HNS SPC system,
- operating in continuous shift, next to the manufacturing
machine directly.
Measuring equipment for axle beam
- measuring the complete geometry of the running gear
(bearing-space diameter, wheel convergence, brake holder's
position, etc.) with Heidenhain and Mahr measuring elements,
- cycle time is less than 2 minutes with insertion and taking
out the part,
- displaying the measuring results and pictures for helping
the adjusting (numerical and graphical displaying with the
picture of the part),
- certificate about the data of the running gear geometry,
- forwarding the measured values into the HNS SPC database,
statistical analysis in the HNS SPC system,
- operating in the production line directly.
Measuring equipment for axle stub and wheel hub
- measuring of bearing-space diameter, tolerance range is 19 micrometer!,
- inductive measuring system with 0,1 μm resolution,
- measuring of parts having 4 different geometry with
readjusting,
- automatic forwarding of parts and automatic separating of
rejected parts,
- direct data forwarding to the conveyor system and the
machining cells - automatic tool correction,
- serving of more producing machine operating together,
- measuring all of the produced parts, cycle time is 28
seconds,
- continuous logging, statistics about produced and rejected
parts,
- forwarding the measured values into the HNS SPC database,
statistical analysis in the HNS SPC system,
- built in the machining cell directly, operating in
continuous shift.
Measuring equipment for axle bolt
- forwarding, cleaning the axle bolt, measuring the parameters
of the thread, checking the thread-profile and qualification of
the part,
- automatic sorting of rejected parts,
- displaying and logging the measured values,
- feedback of the measured results and the rejected part
status toward the machining cells,
- forwarding the measured values into the HNS SPC database,
statistical analysis in the HNS SPC system,
- built in the machining cell directly, operating in
continuous shift.
Some of the measuring equipment designed by our company are
presented above, but we are at our partner's service in connection
with the measurements. We develop simple and complex part-geometry
checking gauges, simple fixtures and measuring devices, measuring
equipment, test equipment, assembly and machining equipment.

We installed the first HNS AKS - Failure Monitoring System for an automotive part assembling cell and
we are working on next cells now.
