HNS SMUXSRV
Function of the program
Data measured by gauges with Mitutoyo Digimatic data output can
be stored in file or forwarded to entry fields of optional programs
directly.
Gauges with Digimatic data output can be connected to the
computer with HNS SMUX-2, SMUX-4, SMUX-10,
USBMUX-4 or USBMUX-8 multiplexers. The multiplexers have
2, 4, 8 or 10 channels, accordingly, they are able to connect 2, 4, 8
or 10 different gauges together.
The data read out of the gauges can be
- recorded in a given text file,
- forwarded into a Windows entry field (Notepad, Word, AutoCAD,
etc.) appointed actually or
- forwarded into the given cells of a given Excel table.
Data input can be made with the ’DATA’ button of the gauge (caliper, micrometer),
with foot switch connected to the multiplexer, or with the given
menu item or button of the program.
Requirements for running the program
- Mitutoyo Digimatic gauge or other gauge with Digimatic
output,
- Pentium PC,
- Windows operating system,
- HNS SMUX-2, SMUX-4, SMUX-10, USBMUX-4 or USBMUX-8 interface,
- foot switch if required.
Content of delivery
Above the HNS SMUXSRV program and the required multiplexer,
guidance in connection with your measuring task, selecting and
delivering the suitable gauges and required accessories
(measuring gauge stands, hard metal probes, granite plate and
other accessories) can be include in the content of delivery. We
are ready to design, produce and deliver special accessories,
for example fixtures, devices or furnitures for the measuring
workplace, after your demand.

- HNS SMUX or HNS USBMUX multiplexers according the
number of the gauges wanted to use,
gauges and gauge accessories
- Mitutoyo Digimatic gauges according to your
measuring task,
- gauge stands, hard metal probes and other accessories,
- Mitutoyo connecting cables needed for connecting
the gauges,
- Mitutoyo foot switch, if needed,
- customized accessories.
