Licence Agreement (resume)

This document shall be qualified as a legal agreement between the user of the software and HNS Technical Development Co. Ltd., as the author of the software.

Pursuant to the agreement, the conditions included in this agreement shall be undertaken by the User in a binding way, with the installation and the utilisation of the program in any other way. Should you not accept the conditions of this agreement as binding to yourself, then you shall not be entitled to install or use the Software.

The User may use the program for three months from the first installation at the longest, with the aim of trying and learning the Software exclusively.

User shall not reverse, and shall not alter the Software, and the parts of the Software. User may not borrow or let, or lease or take by lease the Software.

All the rights of the Software shall be due to the Author. The Author may review, update and modify the Software from time to time.

This agreement will immediately and automatically be terminated without prior notice if you breach the contractual conditions and terms. In this case, User is obligated to cancel his / her Software and all of the items of the Software, the earlier and additional revisions, and all of the copies and versions of the Software together with it.

The Author of the software does not warrant that the Software is free from errors or viruses.

If any question is arisen relating to the Software, User can contact the HNS Program Support by phone, fax or via Internet.

The Author hereby declines all other expressed or reputed guaranties to the extent maximally allowed by valid legal statuses including but not limited to the guaranties on distribution, suitability to a defined purpose, similarity to the description, on the title of the third parties' rights and on the restraint from breaching on third parties rights.

The Author declines all kinds of liabilities to the maximal extent allowed by laws for any indirect, accidental, consequential, special or basic errors or for lost profit (including but not excluding others, the damages arising from the loss of profit, the interruption of business activities, the loss of business information or the damages arising from other financial losses), which may emerge from the usage or useless character of the product even if the Author was informed about the opportunity that such damages might emerge. The Author's multiple and complete liability relating to the user of other partner in the case of losses or damages arising from any claims, demands or litigations or which may arise from this agreement or which may be connected to this agreement shall not be higher than the purchase price of the licence.

If any of the points or conditions above were pronounced by any competent authorities to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining points shall not change.

I notice and accept the conditions above.
