Other special software
Our company develops special hardware and software for
answering the special demands of our partners. We develop special
tools and software, for example the portable data loggers for
collecting the production data, or the microcontroller-based
production monitoring.
Some examples of our special developments:
- production monitoring system - production-allowance by
information come from the statistical process control system,
- collecting the events occurred during the production with
portable tools,
- on-line collecting the measured data of PLC-based assembly
and test systems, and forwarding them into the HNS SPC system,
- on-line receiving the measured results of 3D measuring
machines and forwarding into the HNS SPC system (Mitutoyo CMM, Zeiss CMM),
- gauge with measuring pin for direct measuring the thread
diameter in the HNS SPC system,
- 16 and 32-bit microcontroller-based tools and the software
of them for answering different tasks in connection with
measurement and data collection on the field of the quality
assurance,

We installed the first HNS AKS - Failure Monitoring System for an automotive part assembling cell and
we are working on next cells now.
We create our first on-line production and failure data collecting and monitoring system by integrating the HNS AKS and the HNS SPC systems.
