Measuring Station

Our company has developed a flexible configurable measuring station for performing the measurements, checking and SPC data collecting in the plant or in the laboratory.

Main features of the measuring station:

• needs small place,
• protected against the lateral forces,
• enough place to locate the measuring gauges and other tools,
• measuring gauges and documentations can be reached and used easily,
• the measuring station can be expanded with different items and accessories,
• can be converted easily, so it can be used in case of changing measuring tasks, too,
• the measuring station has an own computer and network connection,
• if needed, also a granite plate can be placed on the measuring station,
• the measuring gauges can be connected to the computer of the measuring station directly,
• the measuring station can be made in mobile or fix construction.

The delivered measuring station's design (color, construction, computer, measuring and checking gauges, lighting and accessories) is made after your demand!

Placing the measuring and setting gauges, and the documentations

Measuring gauges can be stored for longer time or placed during the usage temporarily on the measuring station, so they can be used connected to the computer directly wherein SPC or other program is running. Measuring gauges can be connected to the computer simply and perspicuously, they can be changed easily if needed. The connecting cables of the measuring gauges can be fixed quickly and simply.

The setting tools and other accessories of the measuring gauges, the documentations of them and the control plans and checking instructions can be stored on the measuring station.
Other tools (for example cleaning supplies) needed for the operator can be placed on the storage surfaces.

The conditions of the checking visually or by gauges is ensured on the measuring station, the checking gauges can be stored securely, avoiding damages.

It is ensured place for the pieces waiting for measurement and already measured, considering the direction of the material-flow.

SPC

Every measuring gauges have electronic data output and connecting cable, they are connected to the computer directly or with HNS multiplexer. Measured values are forwarded directly to the HNS SPC software running on the computer, which makes the storage and analysis of them. The measuring and checking activities performed of the measuring station can be organized, controlled and monitored with the HNS SPC program.

Other features

The measuring station is equipped with local lighting, which can be switched separately.

The computer of the measuring station can be placed in a closable cupboard, preventing the access by incompetent persons. It is possible to make closable storage units for the measuring and setting tools.

The workstation has local network connection.
